Heather Herr is the CEO and Founder of Private Real Estate Collection and Team Herr Real Estate. Heather has 20 years experience real estate and in the top 1% of real estate agents nationally. Team Herr is a collective of dedicated, full time real estate professionals with a proven track record for success serving both Ohio and Kentucky. Recently recognized in Real Trends (the leading print/digital publication in the Residential Real Estate Industry) as #2 Small Team Sales Volume Producer in the entire State of Ohio and #1 small team in the city 2023 rankings. Heather was a four-time All American National Champion athlete at Ohio State University, graduating with a Master degree in Art Education. Her first career was in teaching, before discovering her passion and family's legacy in real estate. Heather also has an extensive background in software consultation at Siebel Systems. Heather's customers enjoy the success that comes from her innovative marketing strategies and the support of her exceptional team, who position her to provide outstanding customer service. Nikki Hayden is a licensed Realtor in Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida, servicing buyers and sellers. With a background of over 25 years in sales prior to entering real estate, she is an expert negotiator and a strong advocate for her clients. Kevin Gioia is the Managing Broker of Kentucky and Ohio for Side. He brings to the role 15 years of experience as a licensed real estate professional. Having sold thousands of homes, Kevin has earned a reputation for professionalism and client care. Prior to selling residential real estate, Kevin started out in corporate real estate for JPMorgan Chase. Kevin graduated from San Diego State with a B.S. in finance. Maggie Thompson is senior at The University of Alabama, pursuing dual degrees in Business and Political Science, with a minor in Real Estate. Hailing from Florence, AL, Maggie has consistently demonstrated her commitment to both academic excellence and professional growth. Her dedication was evident last summer when she completed a full-time internship with Team Herr, where she gained hands-on experience in real estate and client relations, further refining her skills in the industry. Maggie is deeply engaged in campus life, holding key leadership positions. She serves on the executive council of the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority, provides strategic guidance as the Chief Advisor for the Alabama Student Government Association, and actively participates in the UA Real Estate Society and Delta Sigma Pi Business Honors Fraternity. Kelly is the operations manager for Team Herr. Kelly was born and raised in Cincinnati and is a true Queen City native through and through. Kelly attended college at Ohio University where she was a division 1 athlete and double major in Psychology and English. Kelly started her real estate career 7 years ago when she worked as a customer service specialist at Dotloop and then transitioned into the sales side of things when she was recruited by an agent to work as her assistant. Kelly has since earned her real estate license from Hondros College and has been working as a transaction coordinator/team lead where she implements her knack for perfecting processes to better serve the agents she works with. She takes pride in her ability to do whatever it takes to get a deal to the closing table and is very persistent, thorough, and steady. An avid animal lover, Kelly boards and fosters dogs out of her home in Mt. Washington where she resides with her boyfriend and their 10-year-old daughter. In her free time, she spends as much time outdoors as possible and loves to explore new places.

Ailleen Cobbs is currently the Office Manager and Realtor for Private Real Estate Collection – Team Herr. Ailleen further strengthens her commitment to the real estate community as she currently serves as the 2nd Vice President for the Greater Cincinnati Realtist Association (GCRA) the local chapter of National Association for Real Estate Brokers. Her role within this esteemed association underscores her dedication to fostering collaboration and excellence within the real estate profession. Ailleen has a pivotal role in Marketing and Membership for GCRA, where she demonstrates her prowess in strategic marketing and communication. Ailleen is co-founder of the Ohio Latino Civic Engagement Group; she is deeply committed to fostering civic participation and the current Deputy State Director and Civil Rights Director for the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC). Her multifaceted roles reflect her dedication to creating positive change and making meaningful contributions to both the real estate industry and the community at large.
Jill serves as the Transaction Coordinator (TC) and plays a crucial role in managing the administrative tasks associated with a real estate transaction Through this role Jill ensures that all aspects of the transaction process, from contract to closing, are handled smoothly and efficiently including: 1. Document Management: The TC manages all the paperwork involved in a real estate transaction. This includes contracts, disclosures, inspection reports, and other required documents. They ensure that all necessary documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time. 2. Timeline Management: They keep track of important deadlines throughout the transaction process. This includes contingency dates, inspection periods, appraisal deadlines, and the closing date. The TC ensures that all parties involved are aware of these deadlines and that they are met. 3. Communication: The TC acts as a liaison between the buyer, seller, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in the transaction. They facilitate communication to ensure that everyone is informed and any issues are addressed promptly. 4. Compliance: The TC ensures that all aspects of the transaction comply with local, state, and federal regulations. They make sure that all required disclosures are made and that the transaction adheres to legal requirements. 5. Problem Solving: If any issues arise during the transaction, such as delays or discrepancies, the TC works to resolve them quickly. This might involve coordinating with inspectors, negotiating with the other party, or working with the title company to clear any issues. 6. Closing Preparation: As the transaction nears closing, the TC ensures that all necessary steps are completed, such as finalizing documents, confirming that funds are in place, and coordinating the signing of final paperwork. They work closely with the title company and escrow officers to ensure a smooth closing process. 7. Post-Closing: After the closing, the TC often handles the final details, such as making sure all documents are properly recorded and distributed, and that both the buyer and seller receive their final settlement statements.
