The Cincinnati business Courier posted data sharing that the average sale price for the top 10 home sales in the region (in February) increased 22% from the average in January. The average sale price for the top home sales was over $2.1 million, compared to over $1.7 million in January. There was also a 35% increase in the average sale price for the top 10 home sales in the region from February 2022, when the average sale price was about $1.6 million.
